Welcome to Kotia Foods (kotiafoods.pk). By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General Conditions

  • Kotia Foods is an online platform specializing in export-quality fresh fruits, dates, and vegetables, available in premium consumer packings (5kg, 8kg, and 10kg).

  • We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Availability

  • Fresh produce is highly seasonal. All orders are subject to product availability and crop seasons.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, weather-induced supply chain disruptions, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

  • Orders are considered confirmed once payment verification (for pre-paid orders) or order confirmation (for COD) is complete.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for national orders. International shipping rates and currencies will be calculated accordingly at checkout.

  • Prices of fresh produce may fluctuate depending on market conditions and seasons without prior notice.

  • Payments can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, or any other secure digital payment methods available on our checkout page.

4. Product Variations & Perishable Nature

  • Weight & Appearance: Since we deal in natural agriculture products, slight variations in color, size, shape, or weight may occur. We ensure all packaging (5kg, 8kg, 10kg) meets strict quality control standards before dispatch.

  • Perishable Nature: Fruits and vegetables have a limited shelf life. Customers are advised to store the produce properly upon delivery to maintain freshness.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, brand logos, graphics, and text on kotiafoods.pk are the exclusive property of Kotia Foods. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this material is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Kotia Foods shall not be held liable for any damages, spoilage, or quality deterioration resulting from delivery delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or the customer's unavailability to receive the package.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
